Amazing customer service. Very helpful. Did a free check of my Vax to diagnose the problem. Sadly the part not made anymore but was very helpful in trying to find a part we could adapt to use instead and gave me 2 spare parts to try. Will definitely use again if need any appliances looked at. 5*.

This company serviced my vacuum cleaner and booked me for a service of my washing machine. They didn't turn up at the time they gave me and failed to respond at all to my phone message asking why. Their office hours are very short so it is difficult to get them to answer the phone.
Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable lady on the phone - after discussing the problem with my 20 year old washer I decided to buy a new one, specs and price discussion with more helpful input from her, ordered and installed within 2 days. Can't fault them.
