The exam room was far too hot and a totally unpleasant environment. I rushed my ISACA CISM test just to get out of the place as i could never survive the 4 hour exam duration, narrowly failed. No one cares, definitely wont return.
Terrible experience for those taking an IELTS test. Arrived at 09:00 as instructed, but were told by reception staff we would have to wait outside in the freezing wind and rain. When we asked how long it would take, we were told "I don't know, I don't work for IELTS". They seemed genuinely annoyed by our presence. After 20 minutes, IELTS staff arrived and allowed people inside, 4 at a time. An absolutely farcical level of organisation considering the exorbitant price of this exam. Unfortunately, it only got worse inside. IELTS staff treated all the participants like convicted criminals on their first day at a maximum security prison. They were rude, inconsiderate, barely spoke English, and went out of their way to make every aspect of the experience as unpleasant as possible. Those participants who had taken the IELTS in other countries and test centres agreed that this was the worst they had encountered.
Poor experience at this exam centre. My husband was sitting a CFA exam here and while waiting outside was shouted at, unprovoked, by a white-haired male staff member while in a quite impolite and downright rude manner. My husband was simply facing away for a moment while he was giving instructions. For people waiting for an important test, it is not very considerate at all. I recommend looking at a different test centre.

This is a best college in Croydon. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Currently am learning ICT course. The tutor is very professional. teaching style is very simple and understanding . The video and slide together is easily understandable and slide have simple English to read. Over all am very happy to learn this course from this college.
I booked a 2-hour CeMAP exam with just 24 hours notice. It was my first exam in about 25 years so I was a bit nervous! However, Winway College offers a relaxed and quiet environment, and the staff member who checked me in was very friendly and polite, which was a big help. The exam room included extra air-conditioning units - very much appreciated on a hot August afternoon! The aircon units made a bit of a hum, but I didn't find it too distracting. If West Croydon is your nearest station, it's about 10 minutes brisk walk away. I'll definitely be back for my remaining exams.
This is a new Test center and I am impressed with the facilities it’s all new. Its located in an easy to find location nearby East Croydon station. Very friendly from start to finish. I completed my exam at this test center and loved it. The atmosphere is more calmer and really relaxing especially where you are nervous already such an environment is great for an exam. I will be doing my next exams there especially knowing they’re open over weekends. Highly recommend this test centre.
