“I’ve had the good fortune to be taken to Croydon University Hospital around 03:00 am. on Wednesday 5th November for blood test. The chest pain I had was caused by my heart, I was told. Heart attack?! For the next seven days I’ve had the best attention and the most polite care I could imagine. The food was far superior than in 2017 when I went through a similar experience in the hospital. My heartfelt thanks to everyone taking care of me, I’m truly grateful.”

“I booked a 2-hour CeMAP exam with just 24 hours notice. It was my first exam in about 25 years so I was a bit nervous! However, Winway College offers a relaxed and quiet environment, and the staff member who checked me in was very friendly and polite, which was a big help. The exam room included extra air-conditioning units - very much appreciated on a hot August afternoon! The aircon units made a bit of a hum, but I didn't find it too distracting. If West Croydon is your nearest station, it's about 10 minutes brisk walk away. I'll definitely be back for my remaining exams.”

The venue can also be hire for private events such as parties. The management are really friendly and have the venue a true community hub for the people of New Addington.”

“A really nice college, staff are lovely and caring, it is obvious they care for their students and want them to thrive. I take my son to college so I see the staff and students regularly. Always greeted with a smile and the students always look happy to be at college. My son especially enjoyed his time there.”

“My Son has been at John Ruskin College for 18 months now and I have to say all the staff I have had dealings with so far have been friendly, helpful and enthusiastic about their students and subjects. With current online learning (due to Covid 19) the teachers and support team have been second to none and are constantly at the end of an e-mail if help is needed. With this help and support my Son (who doesn't find learning easy) passed his Sports course last year and has just passed his GCSE Maths.
