    Like to look round,you can still if your lucky buy something's for a pound,but should really change the name, because it is no longer Poundland,that said it is still good and cheaper,Pep &co at the back of the shop sell decent clothing at a decent price.

    I wanted to just buy one item inside the store but I was forced to wait outside due to them only allowing 2 school children at a time. I was stood outside for over 30 minutes in the cold, while the person guarding the door could clearly see that the 2 school children inside where just eating.

    As not many shops open during lockdown I decided to pass on some time and went into Poundland, I was shocked at what I saw! A clean bright store fully stocked with keenly priced stock many items over £1 But variety of various items clothing and household from the Pep&Co range. I was really impressed, quite a few items cheaper than Home Bargains. It is well worth a visit.....

    Plenty of £1 items as expected and shop is decent size with plenty of stock and variety of items, the reason rated it midway at 3 out of 5 is the lack of staff serving now and all the automated till setups. It seemed faster paced and less hassle when it had staff on the tills yet now it’s slower paced and more queuing with the majority tills being used are on automated.

    Lots of great products some between £2-£5 bargains.got these solar lights £2 each but the shop needs more staff on the tills
