   Visited the Glasgow branch and after a short wait we have been asked by a representative if we want a cruise or business travel. The gentleman we spoke to offered these 2 options and that was the end of it. He also advised he will contact his colleague to see if he is available but beforehand asked for our confirmation again if we would travel business class at all. After a few minutes wait and no further comms as to what is happening, we decided to leave.

   We have had excellent tailored service from Trailfinders, starting with in-person discussion of our proposed trip to Laos and continuing throughout the holiday. We particularly appreciated the ability to use their expertise for travel arrangements and some accommodation, leaving us space for some of our own arrangements. The Viewtrail app was easy to use and when we wanted some advice while we were away we received it immediately from a real person via Whatsapp. We will definitely use them again.

   Our go to travel agent - simply the best! We have used Trailfinders for over 15 years and have never been disappointed. Last year Joanna spent such a long time with us fixing a long trip including Japan, Australia and Singapore. She paid attention to every detail, shared personal experience, made suggestions and negotiated great deals and upgrades. Of course we have made a point of seeking out Joanna to help us with next year's planned trip. See you on Tuesday, Joanna!

   Trailfinders provide "insurance" whose claims are processed by CSAL. Have a look at their 1.3 stars on Google if you need any guidance on how efficiently this is done. My relative required emergency surgery during a holiday in April and has received nothing after paying several thousand pounds on medical treatment which had to be paid up front. Disgraceful.
