   Worst agency ever. Please please please! Be aware as Aman Kholi will charge you a higher rate for an airline ticket that you could buy elsewhere for cheaper. This guy charged my parents £1200 for a return ticket to Pakistan. He also gave them the incorrect dates for departures which created so much confusion and stress for them at the airport and when questioned about it he acted as if it was not his fault. Horrible experience! Would rather advise everyone go elsewhere than this guy. Update** Mr Kholi , you are incorrect and you know this ,correct. My father came to book the ticket with you and requested you to hold and extra ticket for the 27th January 2023 and the original ticket we had booked for the 17th Jan we might change this also. You wouldn’t change a ticket without first receiving a payment so your statement below is incorrect! Rather than admitting you made a mistake you had the audacity to say my father was in the wrong when we have proof from your agency that YOU printed out for my father. In fact you have now gone and changed the luggage weight to 25kg from 30kg. How awful are you for doing this and not being upfront. Should be well ashamed of yourself for not admitting a mistake you made and causing an older couple stress. It’s done now but I hope for future you admit a mistake than blame someone else.
