Had an amazing experience booking our trip with Hays Travel Falkirk - In particular Olivia who gave us every insight we could ever ask for and was a massive help! Honestly could not recommend anyone more!
bought insurance for holiday in January 24 all was fine until return from holiday had a few hiccups with flights etc. Tried contacting there insurance they use rush insurance very bad customer service. First time dealing with them was a nightmare had to constantly repeat myself talking to an agent regarding my claim flight cancellations etc. weeks went by never heard from them contacted hays for help. After going back and forth with emails finally got help on the correct form to fill out and send to them. Again had to chase them both up shop and insurance as emails a lot of the time went unanswered and getting excuses there busy they would call back never happened. Filled out three forms that were wrong according to the insurance company. Got an email apologising that the form was the wrong one as the insurance contacted them to inform me. They offered assistants which I accepted this was weeks ago and still did not reply to my email shop manager previously the assistant manager. Also trying to contact insurance is an nightmare as they do not reply or answer calls. When returning from my holiday had dollars left over took back to the shop to get sterling back. The guy had worked out wrongly on the amount I was to receive back basically I was losing out £90!! After correction it turned out to be only £10 witch was just as well I knew roughly exchange etc as I could have lost out in £90. First time using hays for anything would not use or recommend based on my personal experience. Look up trust pilot on rush insurance do not use them do your own research as hays make excuses for them as they sell this to customers. Disappointed to say the least cant see me getting my claim now as its nearly four months back and forth with there errors.
Will never use this company again! Completely messed up my holiday from cancelled flights to having to pay for hotels once there out my own pocket (they were meant to be booked as part of my holiday) Didn't even give us any compensation for ruining our holiday.

We have booked through Hays Travel for years and once again booked with Victoria Harkins at this shop. Victoria is an asset to this company and is always very helpful ,polite and just lovely. Cannot recommend this travel agent enough
Staff are absolutely amazing. Victoria higgins is my travel consultant there and I know she will get me the right and perfect holiday for me ( shes never failed to do.that ). Be assured they only have your interests that heart ..not a sale. Highly recommend hays travel
