   My friend was stranded in Spain, I called Hays for advice as didn't know how to help him get back home. The advisor suggested he go to travel agents in Spain ( it seems obvious now but had not occurred to either of us) and see about getting a ticket home. She was also very kind which was lovely as I was really worried. My friend went to the travel agent in Benidorm and is now home safe having got a ticket for a flight home this morning. Very grateful and would definitely recommend Hays Travel.

   Sarah looked after us as we booked our first cruise. She was so lovely and helpful. Gave us some recommendations and tips for the booking. Ricky was also very helpful, gave us some great advice and told us what to expect from our cruise. Would highly recommend using Hays Travel

   Absolutely disgusting experience with hays travel turned up at Cuba after a 21 hour journey from Glasgow and there was no reservation at the all inclusive resort. Issue after issue they didn’t resolve ruined the full holiday. Flight delayed then cancelled we arrived at Manchester airport and they wouldn’t put us up in a hotel for a few hours as the new arrival time in the uk was 2pm or reimburse the the connection between Manchester and Glasgow due to the flight being cancelled. would strongly recommend not using hays they spoiled our full holiday and left us lying on the floor of Manchester airport for 8 hours
