   Stay well away from these crooks. Be aware they may have changed there name to Glasgow coach and minibus hire as per Facebook page. Booked them 2 years ago for my wedding. Approximately 12 weeks prior to our big day, social media was full of complaints they had hiked prices and cancelled people's bookings at the last minute. Whilst I sympathise with the current challenges facing businesses, if I was asked to pay a little more this wouldn't be an issue. Myself and my now wife tried contacting them on several occasions and through multiple different channels to ensure our booking was okay. They even read our message on Facebook messenger and ingnnored us. Of course due to this uncertainty, we booked another company (AC Luxury coaches) who we would highly recommend. Roughly about two weeks prior to our wedding this shameful act of a company issued a response stating everything is okay with our booking. Once my wife stated that this was unacceptable and we would like our £100.00 deposit back they simply refused. Avoid at all costs is my advice.

   Absolutely disgusting company , we had paid the full amount £300 for Xmas 2019 for my son to go see Man City vs Real Madrid in March 2020. Game got cancelled due to covid and the company never made contact . I had to contact them and they asked for the information which I sent and since then they stopped responding and have taken down their social media page . If I give them 0 stars I would

   Would give 0 stars if I could. Booked back in February for our wedding next month paid deposit (and have receipt) and been trying to get in contact with them for over a month now without a word from them. Completely ignoring texts, emails and calls. Answered one call from my partner to be told they’ll call him back and now ignoring him to. Will not be continuing to use due to HORRIBLE customer service and FEAR of the service they would(not) supply on the day. COWBOYS.

   Booked a minibus hire and driver with DT Travel for a return trip in Scotland for a large group in July 2021. Was an absolutely brilliant experience. DT Travel instantly gave me the best quote out of the companies I tried, were very responsive and organised the trip perfectly, the driver was very friendly and helpful and on time. Really good experience and very easy with no stress. Highly recommend DT Travel for any bus or coach hire! I won't go anywhere else in future. 10/10

   AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!! I booked a trip to the Man City v Liverpool football game at the end of last season which obviously got cancelled due to no fans being allowed in the stadium. I have tried getting getting in touch to get my refund but they have disappeared of the face of the planet, I have received 2 emails claiming they are closed due to covid19 but this is not the case as people in the group I was travelling with have received their refund, I have not been so lucky. I find it strange that they are refusing to answer their phone or return my emails. I would suggest not to book with this company and book your travel through a reputable one so you have piece of mind if anything was to go wrong. I would give this company no stars if I could so please beware.

   Enquired with D&T travel about getting a coach down to Birmingham and from the get go the customer service was great. Tom was professional, patient and courteous when dealing with me especially since nothing was finalised until 2 weeks before the travel date. John (Our driver) made contact with me before the travel date and seeing as we were going to travel during Storm Ciara answered any questions or concerns I had. During the drive down and back up, John was extremely patient, friendly and safe. Not once did we feel endangered as John's safe driving and experience showed. The coach itself was very good. With lots of legroom and spacious seats it made the 8 hour journey comfortable. Thanks to the staff at D&T travel and especially John. We hope to travel with you again.
