Was refused to buy white spirit because I didnβt have ID. Iβm an exhausted woman in my 30s just trying to get some chores done. What would you do if an adult came in with a five year old, can parents not buy age restricted products now? Now I have destroy the planet further by buying online instead. Thanks for contributing to the climate crisis b&q, up yours!

I was served by Toby on the timber saw. I had very complicated dimensions for my MDF board, however Toby met these with ease. Great customer service and did it all with a smile on his face. Will be returning and I hope Toby is on the saw next time.

Amazingly rude staff, very much felt like they did not want to be there and they were letting the whole world know. No communication, and eye rolls when asking for help. Is that not what the staff are there for? To help customers? Will stick to online shopping next time.

Exceptional service and advice is worthy of note. Friday 5 September looking for advice and recommendations for fastening a towel radiator to a plaster board wall. Unfortunately I did not note the guys name but what an ambassador for your business. He knew the product ranges, knew how to relate to customers and was an excellent communicator. Really impressed.

Big fan of B&Q Cribbs Causeway. Itβs a massive store that pretty much has everything you need if youβre fixing up your home. Whether youβre doing some DIY bits or full on renovations, theyβve got you covered. The garden centre is really decent too loads of plants, tools, and outdoor gear. My dad especially loves that section. He could spend hours there. Theyβve got a huge range of BBQs, which is great in the summer, plus a good selection of lawnmowers if you're keeping the garden tidy. Inside, they offer bathroom and kitchen installs, which is handy if you're not up for doing it yourself. The tile section is massiv, so many styles and options to choose from. They also have loads of internal doors and even sell security cameras, which is a bonus. The best bit for me is the paint department. Itβs huge, with loads of colours, brands, and finishes. Plus, you can even get custom paint made with their colour matching machine super useful if you're trying to match an old shade or something you saw online. Free parking is a win, and theyβve got solid building supplies for the trade folks, too. I also like the lighting section, lots of stylish options to pick from. There are only two things that let it down a bit. thereβs often a lack of staff around when you need help, and I really think they should offer some kind of skilled tradesman service. Like, if they had in house electricians, carpenters, or just general handymen you could book, that would be a game changer, and probably a money maker for them too. All in all, it's a great place to shop for anything home or garden related. Just be ready to hunt down a staff member if youβve got questions!

Very convenient location, this B&Q is just off the M5 and has amble parking. A wide range of stock they typically have what is needed. The staff are also very friendly, diligent and helpful. I recently had a particularly tricky return, but Dee and the team took the time and persevered to get a resolution that worked for all parties. Many thanks for all the hard work folks.

B&Q at Cribbs Causeway is a large DIY store selling tools, paint, furnishings, wood, hardware, kitchens, bedroom furniture and gardening equipment. It has toilets and a cafe. It had a large car park. It is extremely busy at weekends and bank holidays.

Conner and Grace in the paint mixing department provided excellent customer experience. Everything was explained for us to understand and make the choice. Thank you both

Not capable of selecting the right products on click and collect order. Keep giving us slightly different items and have to travel back and exchange. Will stop using them now.

Brilliant big store and lots of choice however doesn't seem to have the items I need whenever I go in. Nevertheless the quality of choice is great. Good amount of car parking space but does get busy on weekends. Child and accessible bays on hand too. Toilets are at the back of the store. Key cutting here as well. Multiple businesses on site. Paint mixing available and bathroom and kitchen designers on site to help too.
