Like this store. Had air fryer delivered today. Box put in portch upside down. Later when I turned box over it was broken. Tried 3 times to ring store - just got cut off each time. Not impressed. Haven’t tried product yet but hope not damaged.
I went in on Sunday 7th April and was served my a young lady behind the till, whose name I unfortunately can’t recall, but she was exceptional. An amazing welcome, and she then quizzed me on whether or not I had a Lakeland card, which I do, but didn’t have it on me. She checked on the computer for a second, disappeared for a minute, and came back with a 20% discount for me. Absolutely amazing. I was making a sizeable purchase, and so this was incredible, and just the kind of service that will keep me coming back. A really lovely young lady to boot. Brilliant service. Thank you.
My wife and I wanted details of a Dual Air Fryer. The lady in the Cribbs Causeway Store was very informative and helpful and handled our questions very professionally. We bought one. We like this Store, there is a very wide range of products that are of high quality and competitively priced.
Nice store, which is well lit. There is plenty of stock on the shelves, and it's all nicely presented. Easy to manoeuvre around. There are 2 floors - steps at the front of the store and a lift at the back. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Located on the lower ground of the mall close to John Lewis. Free car parking lot.
I love Lakeland. I always get good friendly service and help with finding just what I need.
