   Do not recommend, will not be using in future. Single installer for 2 full bedrooms walked out on the final day due to personal circumstances. Wren customer services were unhelpful at the time and promised compensation once the work was completed either by the original installer or a replacement. A week later the installer returned after days of missed appointments by Wren. The work was rushed and a mess was left. 2 months later after much chasing Wren have stated they are not obligated to give any compensation for the stress and disruption caused to me or my family. And if they try to get you off the line for a manager to call back they won't. Apparently they are conducting an internal investigation so it does not happen in future however that is not helpful to us (if true), and does nothing to change how we feel about the terrible service.

   Chelsea Saroe was absolutely delightful to work with. Helped us pick the best kitchen style for our budget. Had a bit of an issue with delivery as it wasn’t delivered on the day it was supposed to so re-delivery was a bit of a hassle. Once you get through to the customer service team Saskia was very helpful.

   Had a great experience with wren. The home measure was very efficient and was reassuring to know I wouldn’t have to measure myself! Lizzie helped with my kitchen design. Didn’t have a huge amount of space but she has such great ideas on how to fit everything I wanted in. Listened to my dream plans and made it happen. So happy so far a few months on and still looks brand new! The VR experience was great to see it all together before getting it all fitted. If you’re thinking about it I would definitely recommend getting in contact with Lizzie she is a great listener and such a lovely women. Thank you Lizzie!!

   Pre-fitting appointments have been great! Comfortable, informative, thorough. We’ve had two different surveyors come by to ensure measurements are correct prior ordering. The kitchen designer Chelsea Saroe has been very helpful throughout the entire process. Now just waiting for delivery. Edited 28.02.2025: We first visited the Wren showroom in Cribbs Causeway on 14th of September 2024, where we met Chelsea Saroe, Design Consultant. She was very attentive to my wish list, very friendly and helpful. The whole process from purchase to completion went very smoothly, I was quite impressed at the level of attention you get from Wren, being contacted several times to allocate the different steps precisely along the way, great service! We chose to go with Wren’s “full package”, meaning we got kitchen furniture, appliances, quartz worktops, and full fitting service from Wren. Wren furniture (Infinity Plus) is of great quality, it was delivered fully assembled and wrapped up in a way to protect its exterior quite well. The delivery team was great, they organised all the bits according to my instructions so we could still walk around the space and make sure our Wren’s allocated fitter could easily start fitting. We got lucky with our fitter, Lewis Boyd, he knows well what he is doing, intelligent, open, very tidy and hard working, very attentive and respectful. Plus he also does tiles - which we paid for separately and directly to him. Worktops were surveyed promptly after 1st dry fit and delivered after 11 days. We added a bit to the kitchen that Wren doesn’t do, a roller shutter, so we purchased an extra Wren shelving larder unit, and the roller shutter mechanism from east coast kitchens dot co dot uk, Lewis reduced the size of the preassembled shelving larder unit in situ without any issues and assembled the roller shutter to perfection! So happy! Tiles were fitted exactly how I planned and they look great! White small tiles and black grout are not the easiest to work with but Lewis was fearless and tackled the job with excellence! Important to mention: Lewis went out of his way, as per my request, to add 2x half back panels to our bin and sink units as these Wren units come without a back panel - a little disappointed with Wren about that… Another thing that we changed from Wren’s original furniture is the plinth sealing strip (that transparent plastic between the plinth and the floor) - we purchased a black self adhesive soft rubber/silicone plinth protector from Amazon that suits the kitchen a lot better, and has a minimal look. We also asked Lewis to route a channel under our wall unit for a strip light (since we wanted to add smart lights and a slimmer light profile). All extra bits of fitting were paid to Lewis directly and he’s price was quite reasonable. Yes, I would definitely recommend Wren at Cribbs Causeway! And most certainly Lewis Boyd!

   Total professionalism. Wren’s level of professionalism and communication from start to finish has been exemplary. At all stages of our new kitchen project we have been kept up to date with what will be happening. When there were a couple of items that needed sorting out they were dealt with swiftly. Would highly recommend.

   A month on, no kitchen, the original kitchen fitter botched the installation badly. Feet installed too far back, units need to be replaced, installed off by 1.5", left expanding foam pouring out the old extractor fan hole both in & out and put a cupboard next to it to hide, even though it's visible! Leaking plumbing. Ruined brand new walnut worktops by not bothering to cut them and just slapped them in, now we have to cut the worktops back in situ from the front, we were supposed to have a rounded corner and just got a straight cut. Plus other faults that need to be put right. Some of it requires my own work to put things right. Wren had a second fitter come in and "finish" what is a week's worth of work in 1 day. The guy was very apologetic, and helped us get a working but not fitted hob/oven (no extractor - so cooking is a mess). He was shaking his head all morning/afternoon, as a lot of the kitchen was fitted NOT TO PLAN and full of issues. They are holding our installation to ransom unless we accept that WE have to pay to put right THEIR kitchen fitters botched work right! Disgusting. While the kitchen units seem nice, it has been a complete let down by the shoddy work and the way Wren has and is handling the issues. I regret ever doing this.

   I contacted Wren Kitchens on a recommendation during the pandemic. Anna designed a very functional and practical kitchen, which looks stunning. It is perfect for the space and I have really enjoyed using it. The kitchen measurements were very precise and detailed and included in the price. The kitchen was great value for money and the quality is a lot better than the Ikea kitchen it replaced. I have already recommended Wren kitchens to relatives and friends.

   Great experience from start to finish with Wren, top quality kitchen and has made a massive difference. We had so little storage before but the clever design made it easy to put everything away and organised. Was really nice to look on the app and see how the kitchen would look before we got it installed and it looked the same as they previewed which was good. Only issue we had was delay on the Microwave but couldnt put that down to Wren!

   Bought a kitchen from Wrens. They were very helpful, advising us through various uncertainties that we had, regarding type of units and colour schemes. The'virtual' kitchen demonstration was useful too. Wrens didn't fit our kitchen, as ours builders did so during our renovation. There were a few marks on some of the units, but these were changed quickly and efficiently, hassle free. Overall the service and product we had was very good, and I would definitely recommend.
