   Came into here yesterday to have a look for some christmas gifts. asked a staff member that was around for some help to get around the store as i wasn’t familiar, and she brushed me off completely… Thought i’d try asking someone else and Cavan was more then happy to help, couldn’t thank him enough if it wasn’t for him i would’ve probably been stuck in there all day. Amazing chap with great conversation, seems to be the most happiest person there. Will definitely have to start coming in more often thanks!

   Came in here today looking for a selection box of biscuits and a shower curtain of up to 1m wide by 2m drop. Unfortunately shops only seem to sell shower curtains of 180x180cm so I will have to go to a popular online retailer to get one of up to 1m wide by 2m drop. But I was able to get the box of biscuits. No queue for a checkout at around 14:00 on a Sunday. Was pleasantly surprised when I got to the till and asked before paying if I could have one of the cheap thin plastic carrier bags for the biscuits that the person serving told me I could have one of those for free, they don't charge for them. I thought all large retailers had to charge for thin plastic carrier bags but presumably B&M dont.

   Brought this for my 2 week stay in southmead hostpial (I cannot leave my room as being watched 24/7 and I have to have eeg stuck to my head. and ive opend it today and we get 2 set of reds. And no green......

   It's a mess, enjoy going there as they generally have what I am looking for and mostly the staff are helpful but the biggest thing that let's this branch does big time is it's prices. In my opinion you are lucky to find s product that actually has the correct shelf edge pricing label or even displays a price at all. It's a nightmare especially in the garden section outside... its chaotic at its best and frustrating in equal measures but I'll still keep going back

   B&M, why on earth are you selling advent calendars in August! Absolutely bonkers! Initially came for an SD card but unfortunately they didn’t have what we needed. I loved the big teddy bears they were so cute. Really awkward to navigate the exit however… had to do a big loop around back to the first aisle, not easy in a big superstore! Should have an easier exit route. Quite a few announcements to get staff members to the till to help too, they seem quite understaffed which is a shame. Support your staff a bit more guys!

   Like an in-person Amazon, however quite difficult to find your way around. Limited choice and prices are not as you'd expect. It is expected that prices are much lower on big brands than in other stores, but they are much the same.
