I’m never getting anything here ever again. I was going in the shop with 4 people (including me) and the woman that was working there kicked 2 of us out and said “two people only” Then I was going to buy one pack of gum when the man said I have to pay £2 and I said “no” so he took it off me and didn’t even say sorry.

I was a regular in this shop, notice the word WAS. Because there absolutely fine taking your money but if they make a mistake, they won’t change it. And lately its been to many mistakes, i ask for something and get given wrong thing. I normally notice at counter but the 1 time I didn’t and stepped out the door, wouldn’t change it. First of all i don’t think there should be a mistake as i talk fine, secondly nice way to treat the locals.

Quite a common customer, yet never once receieved a smile, thankyou, or even told a total cost, only ever got a hand in my face demanding my money. Once I was also refused my I.D and alcahol, and told I had to be 25 to to buy aclahol in England? Shop is also very cramped and doesn't follow covid safety guidelines, but considering the salesmans depressive attitude, that's the least of his problems..
