   Good selection of goods at great prices. service is never good and often rude with no smile as part of the service. Staff talk between themselves and shout across customers to other staff on tills. Absolutely shocking service !!

   Always friendly staff prices have gone up a bit but they have everywhere, got some weight gain powder shake which is better than the usual one I get from Amazon and half the price, in fact it has better ingredients lasts longer and tastes great when mixed with water thought it wouldn't but I have to admit it is really good would recommend trying it £17.99 for 2 kg compared to £33.99 for the same online and seems to work just as well

   When going through checkout I used a card that required a signature. I had my card out, the attendant confirmed same signature as on the receipt I just signed and I was asked if I wanted a receipt and I declined. I walked to my car and a supervisor came running at me screaming across the car park that there was something wrong with my card. What the attendant had done was hit reject instead of accept (as confirmed by my bank indicating the transaction was voided not rejected as the store claims). I then had to go back and run the card again and it miraculously went through because as stated there was nothing wrong with my card. It was really unnecessary to be screamed at across the car park that there was something wrong with my card all because the attendant pressed decline instead of accept.

   Quite a large store, usually busy and big queues at the checkouts. Can find quite a lot of nice unique items here for a decent price. I enjoyed looking around here at this store. However there needs to be more staff on checkouts at times as the queue sometimes goes all the way down every isle near the checkout, and during Covid that’s a bit of a worry.
