Indian guy said they only take cash for electric top up. I went to cash machine and the Indian lady said the machine doesn't work till Monday. Also the Indian guy was very rude saying he didn't care that they only accept cash. Avoid this place!
Drove for miles to drop of a Hermes parcel and he refused to take it. Just told me to read the sign on the door that said they don't accept parcels on a Sunday or large parcels. Very rude.
Went to drop off a parcel (my first time returning one via this shop) and the male owner was extremely rude and patronising. He told me to process the returns label by myself, despite it being my first time. Very bad customer service. Was told to place the parcel in the back room just behind me, which seemed extremely unprofessional as that part of the shop would normally be out of bounds. Very unpleasant and rude. Note to them: don't work in customer service!
The women who owns it is horrible, tried take a Hermes parcel on on a weekend started shouting saying not at weekend read the sign, went back Monday, then said not until after 10’clock and started shouting again, went back AGAIN then she’s telling me to Put the box in a back room, pointing an grunting, walked out in the end. Think she’s in the wrong job ha ha
The male person who works there speaks to you like you are something under his shoe. I walked there today to drop in a Hermes parcel he refused to process it because it was the weekend which I didnt realise they didnt do at all. You know with what's happening at the moment you would think he would have taken it and I would have known in the future not to go at the weekend. I appreciate that I can return parcels still but he treated me very badly. Oh yes just another thing I work for the NHS thanks for being so understanding NOT!
