   Starting my journey at UEL with a foundation year at Docklands was one of the best decisions I’ve made. I still remember sitting by the riverside during breaks, watching planes take off from City Airport – it gave me a real sense of calm and motivation. Fast forward, I’m now in my final year of BSc Biomedical Sciences, an IBMS-accredited degree that opens the pathway to HCPC registration and working as a Biomedical Scientist in the NHS. The experience has been enriched by supportive lecturers, hands-on lab training, and career development opportunities through the Career Zone and Mental Wealth modules. Beyond academics, being a Student Ambassador and part of the Indian Society has helped me grow personally and professionally. UEL’s vibrant location, with Canary Wharf and Stratford close by, has also made the experience even more dynamic. Grateful for the journey so far.
