Store is hardly open, usually always notes on the door saying closed for deliveries… pointless being there. Won’t be bothering any more with this company
Ask for help about a soothing massage oil I approach the will and ask for some advice a que had started to gather and the girl said she would serve and be over in a moment I was left waiting while she continued to serve and kept serving people still coming in I am not saying she wasn't helpful she did point me in the direction of oils but I wasn't impressed just being left waiting will not be returning
Had an out of date 3 for 2 offer on display and didn’t honour it. Staff said that a few other people the same day had mentioned it and they didn’t do anything about it. Very poor customer service.
Friendly staff, good fitness products
Has an ok range of products but understand your paying RRP on most items so best way until a sale or discounts. Staff are knowledgeable tho!
Love their products many of which you cant get anywhere else, but have started buying from them on line.
Ok as a high Street shop but do yourself a favour go on the internet much cheaper
Supplements and vitamins are plentiful with lots of great choices
