Staff are all lovely and really helpful can't do enough for their customers, I will say though the uniforms are very old fashioned and dated I'm 69 and wouldn't wear it considering they represent the company surely they can do better more modern outfit
Shocking attitude regarding a horrendous holiday booked and paid through hays, no interest at all in even listening to complaints about raw uncooked food, damaged cases, unsecure rooms, no reps onsite, no local amenities and even hotel manager said hotel was 2 star not 4 star as still advertised by hays, quick enough to take money, but no interest in dealing with complaints
Very good and kind ....spent time with us looking for our holiday and offered to phone if something was found ...very much appreciated the help at Hays in Clydebank
