   Hi went to book a holiday in Barrhead Travel Falkirk. Always go there as staff are very nice,friendly and helpful. On last visit Chloe Campbell dealt with our holiday. Very well presented ,friendly and helpful as on previous visits. Although we knew where we wanted to go ,she found us a cheaper price than what we found on the Jet2 app. Everything was down professionally and quick and explained anything we weren't sure of. Overall another great visit. Would not go anywhere to book our holidays. Will be back next year for more.

   I am extremely disappointed in Barrhead travel. We have experienced the poorest of customer service recently. Seems that they cannot even send a simple reply to an email to let their customers know what is happening with their money from recently cancelled holidays. I am very aware that these are strange and difficult times, but this is absolutely no excuse to completely ignore customers. I have now contacted ABTA. We will never use Barrhead again!

   Very impressed with Barrhead Travel in Falkirk. Visited on Saturday to enquire about an NCL cruise to Alaska, Richard Bremner was very informative and helpful putting together the cruise, flights and stay in Vancouver. Finalised booking today, will definitely recommend Barrhead travel.
