   Food was basic with not a lot of choice. Staff friendly and helpful. Limited drinks at the bar in Loch Awe hotel. Evening entertainment disappointing except for the last night which was by far the best. Young lad with his sister did a great job. He played the bagpipes and his younger sister did Highland dancing. Absolutely brilliant, there was a guy on stage after who did a good job singing as well. Sadly this was about it. Sorry to say we won't be coming back.

   We are currently in holiday with lochs and glens at loch awe hotel. Firstly we are having a fabulous time.To be honest the food is fantastic. The coach driver and journey are first class. Really can't believe how good it all is Staff at the hotel are to good. Everything is 100%. Well done Locks and Glens.

   Coach great, drivers faultless staff excellent tours fair, food good however for breakfast instead of fried bread beans or mushrooms would be a nice replacement room could do with a good makeover and mattress should be replaced no hot water and heating after 7.45pm Loch Ackhray. Have been in other Lochs& Glenn's hotel and have been excellent.

   We have just returned from a fantastic 5 day holiday at Loch Achray. Like a previous reviewer stated we have travelled with Lochs and Glens several times and at different hotels and have always enjoyed our stays. Everyone at Achray was great, they cannot do enough for you. Our main driver Alan (Woods) I think was brilliant his knowledge of the areas we travelled to was amazing. His jokes and 'true' stories amused us all he really is a great guy. Thank you Lochs and Glens we are looking forward to planning our next trip with you in the near future.

   I really don't know where some of the reviews are coming from! The drivers are totally professional, knowledgeable about the area and definitely safety minded. The whole experience, our third, was a great long weekend, with trips out every day through the Scottish Highlands. The meals, although the portions look a bit small, are more than adequate, and I'm not small, at around 17 stone, so don't be fooled. The bar prices are very competitive, my bill for the four nights, including whiskey, beer, G&T's and wine with evening meal was around £120 for the two of us. The entertainment wasn't great apart from the Piper, but to be honest, come 9.00p.m., after a full day, we were ready for bed. The rooms at Loch Awe hotel are on suite and well kept, luckily we had a Loch view this time. I would definitely recommend the experience!

   Fantastic setting,great hotel,we did a self drive so didn't go on tours but it was a fantastic setting for walking ,I cannot fault the hotel at all,the food was good the staff were friendly and helpful especially Vicky who managed to find us another room,even though the hotel was busy, after the first night when we hadn't got any sleep due to people in the next room having their TV blaring all night,will definitely be visiting again as there are many more walks in the area

   First time with Loch and Glens after many recommendations. Excellent holiday. Fantastic hotel ( Ardgartan) lovely food, friendly staff, brilliant coach driver who was so knowledgeable and informative and entertaining. Super value all round.

   Excellent 5 days at the Highland Hotel, we returned on Sunday 20/3/22 and I cannot praise highly enough. Our drivers Sandra and Nail were brilliant and the itinerary was great, we really enjoyed the excursions. The hotel itself was great, very clean and our room 309 was big and the views over the Loch were lovely. Our meals were very good, plenty of choice I just cannot fault anything about our stay. This was our first time with Lochs and Glens, we have gone with other companies in the past. I will only ever travel with these again, they are far superior in every aspect. Looking forward to our next break with this company.

   5*all day long. Couldn't recommend highly enough, for the all inclusive holiday and coach trips. fantastic prices, travel, breakfast and dinner included, several stops a long the way, Beautiful hotel situated by the loch, excursions everyday great way to get around to see Scotland. Been several times now and a big thankyou to the staff they are always extremely friendly and helpful.
