Last few times i have been in here there has been an small Asian woman behind the till ... usually on the phone while serving. Gone in this morning and she's on the phone again waiting to serve people. Wouldn't have minded if it was a work call but it was clearly a personal call. Now I'm a bit old school and i find this pretty ignorant. So much so I had to ask the lovely joanne to come off what she was doing in the post office to serve me. Please sort it out
