Hardly any staff on tills, usually only one and majority of the time they look and act as if they have no time for customers. Shoddy experience.
27th June 25 around 11 the woman who dealt with me in the aisles was horrible she gave this shop a 1 star horrible woman
Called to store a few months ago looked after by a lovely guy called Gareth. I rang up head office to relay my thanks for his help not sure it ever got through to store as customer service on phone not very helpful over times I ever rang. Writing to make sure it got there he is ever so polite and helpful as credit to the store. Thank u Gareth.
Went in for a lot of items but forgot to bring a £1 for a trolley, so started to shop & put them in my bags, l did manage to find a colleague who was fine with me putting them in my bags to make my shopping trip easier his name began with a “W” & he said that was fine, it turned out he was the Supervisor, l did my shopping without any hassle & when l went to pay l asked the woman at the kiosk if she could get a till operator to scan my items as l had a lot & she said she would get them to open till no3 for me & no sooner had she called for help someone was there, no issues in store, found everything l needed with the occasional help & would definitely go back, staff 1st class
Big? I wasn't however able to get the controller I came looking for. Lovely selection of items.
I’ve made a google account just to leave this review, honestly the Worst experience the staff are horrible and the security guard is on a power trip. The store is poorly maintained with rat droppings on the shelves, when brought forward to staff they couldn’t of cared less I was then approached by the security guard and asked to leave and refusing to do so would be trespassing. So because I brought forward concerns I was targeted and villainised by staff and security In front of other customers, The security guard then tried obtaining my details by lying saying if I refuse to give my information it’s a criminal offence and the police will be called. He then blocked the door preventing me from leaving because a staff member said I had taken photos in the store. saying he has the right to detain me and view my phone for photos/videos and delete them because I didn’t have permission to film in the store, I hadn’t taken any photos/videos I then began to get frustrated and high rate pushing my way past him, I was then told I have a lifetime ban They obviously don’t want bad rep getting out but if they had put the same amount of effort in to the store as they did trying to belittle me the store would run a lot smoother and be cleaner.
Not a shop I consider buying furniture from usually but we had been looking for a console table in many shops (albeit last minute). We found the perfect one for us from here and only £50, very reasonable and good quality item.
Had a very poor experience, most of the staff are rude and seem to have no manners. Most of them don't seem to know what they're doing, as products had two prices for it and was labelled incorrectly. It was chaotic and not very well managed by the shift supervisor during our visit.
Always a bargain to be had at this shop plenty of variety at good prices. Staff always helpful. Will always call in in.
