    You should experience the service provided by certain other universities to understand the quality of service, the university of Kent provides. They are polite, responds quickly and effectively to queries online and over phone, provides the best service to students. The reason I give 4 stars is the lack of facilities in the Medway campus. But they do provide free shuttle service to Canterbury campus but it is not a feasible options. The professors here are helpful as well. The staff in the office, the lady in the hub reception, the slas team, the library support team are really polite and helpful. You can call the university a student friendly one though they don't provide much of a scholarship to the students here. Basically, I love the staff and the student supportive and humane policies of the uni.
