Horrendous shop went in today. Was blocked in by one of their vans when i was parked in a disabled space with a valid badge. Had alot of verbal abuse by a drug addict outside and the shop assisant. I went to ask at the post office where my mail was as non had been delivered for over 3 weeks and the post office counter assistant said she hadnt had non either and wasnt bothered.

I used to avoid this shop because one of the staff was truly not nice, I was quite scared. The staff have changed and my experience from them is so different I enjoy popping in now. Good helpful folk are a blessing

Great little place. Quite quiet when I visited. Small car par at the front for a couple of cars.

The worst branch I have even been in by far, the staff are are ignorant, have no manners, and on a few occasions have snapped at a member of my family when they have been in a bad mood, would love to see them try and snap at me! The customer service is zero but don't just take my word for it, Area manager should call in and see just how ignorant the staff are at this particular branch with the customers. Awful store.

Shop always half empty and always a long queue for a single till. Only good thing is the cash machine which is in an ideal location.

convenient for the locals who probably cant go so far i suppose.... but their prices are a bit of a rip off, lets be honest here.... i saw easter eggs they are selling for £10 for like 3 for £1 for the same ones elsewhere, so they are on the very very high price side but yet on the standard same quality as the very very cheaper other shops. but they get away with this due to the older population that perhaps cannot go so far and are forced to use shops like this and be ripped off. pretty much stealing from the vulnerable in society, and yet the co-op was supposed to be some sort of community owned welfare orientated place at first with the welfare of the people in mind right? seems these types are always more rich capitalist tory fat cat than anyone else doesnt it? always the same really, the ones that claim they are one good thing are usually the opposite, which is why i dont even trust labour as they are just the very thing they claim to be against.

I was amazed about the number of people not wearing masks. I know the regulations will change soon but nevertheless they are still in place and I felt very vulnerable. I think you've done a pretty good job up till now but no one can afford to relax too soon.

My visit was to the post office housed within the co-op store.i was there to carry out a transaction and use their facilities. Didn't have to que too long.but the clerk/'postal officer' hardly made eye contact and spoke the bear minimum.miserable as sin you could say. First impressions (of customer service) last.dont care if it was a Monday morning - no excuses!
