   Been attempting to contact by phone on thursday 7th August 2025 from 1pm to 4pm and have been met with staff are extremely busy message. It has been EXTREMELY frustrating and I feel they need to come up with some other system to deal with pphone calls because the one used at present clearly does not work in a satisfactory manner

   Wanted to collect a prescription for tomorrow. Asked the person who served if a particular medication available before giving my prescription. This person assured they could. When I went to pick up the medication, guess what the very medication I requested for was not available. No apology and not helpful at all. Worst service. Not even worth one star. Would avoid this in future.

   I was in the smaller shop in Windmillhill St yesterday and the woman needs to work on her people skills, in fact none of them bothered when I walked in, how about unfortunately we can’t do this instead of “ Absolutely not”. I’m not normally like this but I think had it been a woman customer she wouldn’t have been like that, anyway poor interaction for my first visit, went into the other one and they were great, very helpful, won’t be back to that one though. Gave 1 star as there is no option for none.

   OK...This review is overdue and totally honest....On five occasions I been asked to collect medicines from prescriptions sent to them from the doctors surgery..Each time has been a problem...3 times after arriving home the medication prescribed by the doctors surgery have been short or non existent without any explanation from the chemist or person serving...The icing on the cake was waiting 30 mins today to get back home to find the medication was again short 1 item out of 3....When I phoned Boots they told me it was my fault as I didn't open the sealed bag in the shop to check if all my medication was included...I think maybe a wee bit of retraining or training would ne beneficial ...Profit over Customer needs .
