   Shocking Customer service, lies about prescription. Script in for 2day, If you don’t have the stock let the customer know don’t tell them that the order will be made up in an hour, to go back an hour and a half later to find 3 of the 5 items were unavailable. Using other local chemist Wm Graham in future, helped me out a number of times now

   I have used this chemist for the last 10 years since moving to the area. It is a very busy shop. The staff are polite and helpful. The male pharmacist has been a great help over the years and the staff go the extra mile to accommodate your needs. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

   I got the door shut at my face 2 minutes before closing time and after I waited the whole day for them to send a message, and I got even mocked by the pharmacist. I don't know how it works in this country but treating people in need like that doesn't happen even in 3rd world countries.

   Usually collect my Mum's prescription here, and there's always an issue. Recently they got her name totally wrong. Time before that they took down the wrong phone number even after I gave them the correct one four times. Staff are painfully slow and not the most helpful either I find. Be using a different pharmacy from now on. Shambles.
