   Appalling and disgraceful service!! TWICE I have sent my niece to pick up my prescription TWICE! And on both occasions she was turned away as the pharmacist was on lunch!? I could not care less if the pharmacist is on lunch my prescription should have been ready and signed!! I am sick to the back teeth of this chemist or you go in to collect and they are like oh it’s still to be made up!! Total unacceptable and poorly managed chemist!! I will NEVER EVER be ordering a prescription to here ever again!! Basically leaving me without extremely important medication! I will be making my GP practice aware! I don’t care if you know who I am as you won’t mess with me in person!

   Staff are rude. Went in to buy painkillers for my mother from one member of staff and another jumped in to say she sold me them last week. I’ve been there once over two months but she was telling me (and everyone with how loudly she was speaking) she remembers selling me them last week, she recognises me. The first member of staff still sold me them but I was made to feel like some sort of addict, it was embarrassing and all while she was accusing me she was grinning widely. Horrible experience and will never return.

   What a nightmare of a pharmacy! Staff are so stuck up it’s unreal. There attitude is absolutely appalling to people. They make the rules up as they go along. They never have prescriptions ready in time or dispensing on time so therefore you have to char up prescriptions for them to then give you attitude for doing so. I’ve never met such rude unprofessional people in my life and I’ve worked in customer service for over 30yrs! My advice stay clear unless it’s a necessity like mines ..,

   Went ther today to ask if they sell anything to remove skin tags...when the lady asked were they were i told here she said NO with the look of discust in her face.she then went to speak to someone else and said no again.i left the shop very upset with the whole experience it not as if i can spread them..a little help was all i was looking for not to hard to do..

   I prefer to support smaller chemists but honestly the staff here are so rude. Went in today and left feeling like I’d done something wrong with how I’d been spoken to by the woman that served and it wasn’t the first time this has happened from this place. I won’t be visiting here again.

   1 member of staff very abrupt shouldn't be working behind counter serving the public. I iiordered my repeat prescription on Tuesday 18/8/20 .the assistant asked if I needed everything I told her I didn't need fybogel.but needed everything else.went to collect it on Friday 21/8/20 at about 4.30pm.when I got to my car I checked contents of the bag and found there was no co codomol or simvastatin. I returned to the shop and told this assistant what I was short of. She went to back of the shop then came back and told me my doctor hadn't sent over missing medication on my prescription. I immediately went to my surgery and spoke to the receptionist who checked and found that it was the chemist assistant who had not ticked missing medication on my repeat prescription which the chemist sends to the surgery to be signed by the doctor. This assistant wasn't interested in trying to help just told me it was not chemist problem to see my doctor .
