Last few times I have ordered from online doctor, called to be told it’s ready then drive there and they couldn’t find it , had happened more than once , no apology or anything considering I have left work to go pick it up , not great , ordered my prescription 7 days ago now and still not received it !!!
Just used this pharmacy and the woman behind counter was the most ignorant unhelpful cheeky woman I've ever met. Zero customer skills.
Always helpful and will double check especially as on three occasions family prescriptions have been sent by GP to wrong pharmacy. The staff are often very busy but always take time to offer explanations about products. I posted this review some time ago, what a change since then. All new staff and very disorganised. It seems to be different people each time you go in and no one seems to have a clue. It's my nearest pharmacy and difficult to get to any others to pick up prescriptions or I would go elsewhere. I no longer buy anything as twice recently I have left. One person at the counter dealing with one customer for several minutes with 7 or 8 people in the queue. Several staff in the background but no-one came forward to help. Such a shame that such a good service has gone so far downhill.
A complete and utter shambles.
Slow, unhelpful and generally quite rude staff. Went here for a covid test for a prebooked appointment. They were half an hour late and had to ask several times if i could be seen. No apology given at any point and made us late for our next appointment which we had booked over an hour after this one. Rubbish service. I would reccomend avoid this place unless you have plenty of spare time

I phoned to see if they had a particular item and spoke to a helpful assistant, she said they had got it in stock. My partner went to buy it but it must have been another assistant as she said they didn't have it. My partner said yes you do have it coz we phoned ten minutes ago, not good enough whoever it was
Ridiculous wait times for prescriptions. Thirty minutes when you are the only person in the shop.
