I cannot praise the staff in coatbridge enough as they are so pleasant and welcoming when you go in i think of them as friends not just shop assistants they are all so nice
Could not get my medication from my local chemist. Was advised to go to this chemist with my repeat prescription and got it no bother. Nice experience.
one hours wait. then when it did come it was the wrong one, it belonged to another customer, could have been a fatal mistake...are these people not meant to get these things right, then an other half hours wait and did not even have the full prescription available.
I am grudgingly giving this pharmacy one star as there is no lower option. Six and a half weeks ago I went to get medication from them for my father, who has since passed away. They were only able to provide one fifth of the medication. A few days later they managed to get another fifth of the prescription. Six weeks on, my father has passed away and we still have to get the remainder of his prescription! My doctor's pharmacist sourced these from THREE other chemists in town. They told us there were none to be found in surrounding chemists and they had borrowed the second delivery from another local chemist. While I recognise there was a manufacturing issue with these, they made absolutely no effort to source these for us, nor to keep us up to date with progress of their search. Frequently over the years I have been unable to get complete prescriptions given...there was frequently medication to come, yet they NEVER gave a slip to say what amount is due! Staff are frequently seen in the back of the shop chatting while queues build up. All in all appalling service. Avoid it at all costs.
Went I to this pharmacy Saturday 14/7/18.my husband had run out of his blood pressure medication. Have used this place before, so thought they may be able to help. They were most unhelpful, in fact they were abrupt and quite rude. They refused to help, and were quite happy to leave him without his meds. I will never use this pharmacy again and will be recommending others not to use it either.
