   I couldn’t have been treated better at this pharmacy. Despite the clear busyness and the pressure the staff were under, the lady helping me was kind, compassionate and professional. There was a bit of a wait for my medicine to be made but that’s to be expected these days with so many businesses operating on minimal staff. I truly appreciated the care and humanity I was shown.

   Usually a queue for prescription but it moves quickly, staff are efficient. People have to remember how busy it gets and they have to deal with that all day, everyone can have an off day.

   When I was last in I was so glad to see that the pharmacist Julie had been given an award for her work there. If I’d known we could’ve voted for her I would’ve cast mine as well. She’s always so patient with everyone despite the place feeling very busy any time I’ve been in and has given me advice/treatment for my toddler at least twice. Very deserved award! I hope it came with a very deserved raise! :)

   Unable to problem solve or consider alternatives when things don’t follow the script. Medication out of stock for 3 months is that reasonable? Or should they be thinking maybe we need a new supplier. Total inflexibility when asked to deliver to alternative address following release from hospital and recovery at family home I was told no can’t do that. No help at all, no possible solution. Incapable of independent thinking. Dreadful place. Every month I get my script filled and every mth the same pharmacist asks me for my full address incl postcode, she doesn’t even consider that she serves me every single month and just maybe this is now a little ott. I am clearly the same person. So dated and needs to bring itself into the present and independent thinking wouldn’t go amiss

   The woman that served me yesterday (Friday) was wonderful. Very helpful, friendly and polite. However the woman who answered the phone to me today (Saturday) was just rude. Telephone training needed here I’m guessing. I politely explained that I had been told my prescription would be ready by 11 but it was 12 and I was just checking if it was ready to collect. There’s a long pause and in a very “I am smarter than you” tone, she goes “uhuh… I can’t check if you don’t tell me who you are”. All she had to ask was “can I have your name please”. I’m not an idiot, I was waiting until she told me she was ready, which she didn’t. Manners cost nothing.

   Staff always very friendly and as quick as they can be, only problem is when the pharmacist is on lunch you have to wait alot linger, putting the staff under unnecessary pressure
