Time to move to another Chemist. You can't get your prescription if Chemist is at lunch. Surely someone should be trained to act as cover. Many folk will go at lunch time as they're working Not the fault of staff... just poorly managed and totally lacking in efficiency.

Spoke to a girl called Paige she was fantastic and assisted with my enquiry as I was struggling to get my repeat prescription from my Leeds pharmacy. Was directed all over the place until I spoke to Paige and she went above and beyond to assist me with minimal hassle. Thank you Paige

Booked an appointment on Monday 2nd for Thursday 5th at 10:00am. Arrived at my appointment to be told Nicola (the lady taking my appointment) has been scheduled for a meeting and she “should have called to let me know”. No phone call or email to advise of this. Just turned up to be told she’s busy essentially and to come back at 12 o’clock as “she should be back by then”. “Should be back by then” gives no sense of security that she won’t still be busy at 12 o’clock. On looking at appointments available on the website, it seems no appointments are available until next Tuesday which is interesting considering I am being asked to come back down at 12 o’clock. This service is supposed to be used when you can’t get an appointment with a doctor. I have been ill for 2 weeks now and considering this was booked Monday and I have turned up to my appointment to be told they’re busy and can’t see me is just ridiculous. What chance do we actually have if we can’t get an appointment with the doctor or an appointment with the service that’s supposed to be in place when we can’t get to see the doctor! Absolutely outrageous and should be ashamed of yourselves. Never had a good experience with this chemist. Medication is either not available for prescriptions and you need to wait 4-5 days for it. Prescriptions not being delivered even though on the delivery service, appointments being cancelled and staff that really couldn’t care less!

I can't believe I've put up with Dickson's awful service as long as I have, but then again, a prescription collection and delivery system is handy for disabled service users. I'm consistently having to wait 2 weeks from my GP signing off on a prescription to me receiving it (tomorrow will be 3 weeks since I requested *one* of the orders I'm waiting on). Or a whole order getting lost altogether and magically found under a table in-store. Or only receiving part of what I ordered. I would give zero stars if I could.

They very rarely have the prescription ready . On more than a few occasions I have had to go back later . They have had me return half an hour later only to find they never had the item in stock. Twice I have asked for the prescription note ,went to boots and been given the prescribed drugs within 5 mins. Unless your having a boring day and like to listen to everyone in the queue complaint about the wait avoid the place. .

Waiting in store for 30 minutes when busy cannot be avoided. Being told it would be 15-20 minutes for a prescription that I was told would be ready to collect and then waiting another 70 minutes because you misplaced the script. That is avoidable.

After Dicksons took ownership of the business things have gone downhill. Service is very poor, staff don't seem to care, they give poor excuses for why our prescriptions are delayed, and have misplaced our prescriptions continuously. One time I didn't get my prescription for 3, not because it was out of stock but because they misplaced it and didn't order it on time. Very poor service and very poor attitude

Was in to find out if they had a prescription Told that they hadn’t received from hospital fair enough I would check back with hospital The reason for poor review was the extremely poor attitude of the counter assistant All new faces again with no clue as to what they are doing

I was having problems with a prescription which wasn't put through. When I called the pharmacy a very nice lady went above and beyond to help me out. Unfortunately I didn't get her name but she was an absolute star. Many thanks for your help.
