   few days ago went to dicksons chemist to get prescription for my child, and the dickson chemist branch which is 222 main street, did not have the medicine was told to go to the next branch further up the road, which is 108 main street, was greeted by a young lad, took prescription, and within 5 minutes was being given the meds and advised on the notes of how to take meds, etc, the young lad, forgot his name, was very helpful as i wanted to also buy calpol for kids, but he advised on free kids paracetamol and got that arranged for me asap, i didn't even know that was possible, excellent service and very attentive staff and absolute big thanks to the young lad for offering and giving info on the paracetamol, probably first time i used this chemist, very satisfied and great service from the team at dickson chemist, thanks. keep up the great service.

   The bottom Dixons is a nightmare. I am sitting here waiting on a prescription to be delivered and they won't answer the phone. For 40 minutes the recorded message is telling me that I am number one in the queue. Really glad I am not number five. Prescription should have been delivered three days ago.

   Shocking customer service. Wife stood for 4 minutes waiting to be served. 6 staff behind the counter too busy chatting about who they’re sleeping with on some singles app. Yes staff did see her as one was serving another customer but walked away to continue the chat when my wife stepped upto counter

   Does your chemist delivery driver think he is a traffic warden? Forced his way into a spot I was parking it then flashed his Dickson work badge like he has some authority. Absolutely deluded old man. Don’t try intimidate the community you work in

   A chemist that is stuck in the 90's ! Badly light, hardly any stock and staff that couldn't care less. Walked in and none of the staff had any face masks on, no sign of any hand sanitiser or any clear Covid signage and the place stank of fish & chips, due a member of staff eating a chippie in the back area! Never had the item I required, offered no assistance on alternative product and never offered to order the item in. Waste of time visiting this chemist. They say shop local but whats the point when local businesses like this don't care! Avoid.

   A member of staff refused to serve my mum until she put a mask on, even though my mum explained she was exempt and was even wearing her wee exempt badge this breaches the Equality Act 2010. Business policies do not supersede the Equality Act 2010.
