   I was a member years ago, and have continued to play football at Lifestyle Fitness Matthew Arnold for over 15 years. Our weekly booking was recently given to another group — without even the courtesy of a call. We never missed payments, played practically every week of the year, and caused no issues. Sadly, poor management and customer service have brought an end to a weekly tradition that a group of friends has kept alive for over 15 years.

   Place needs a good clean! Was lovely until the back end of last year. The manager that took over last year doesn't come across as competent or seem like he is able to make things happen, thr place is gping downhill. Avoid and go to other gyms nearby.

   Classes are run by kids who have no idea how to motivate, choose the right music, or correct form. There were several classes where the PTs kept praising people who were on the verge of hurting themselves. The only good class was pump. There are very few young people attending these classes so if you're looking for a dynamic fun class, you might not find it there.

   The booking system is causing double bookings, which leads to people unable to use the facilities they have already paid for. Management does not answer phone calls or contact visitors even if refunds are promised by staff. Terrible experience and management

   Regularly play badminton here and facilities are always looking clean and smart. Plenty of parking available. Staff are always friendly and happy to help.

   A great little gym that has everything you need to get a good workout. There is plenty of cardio equipment, lots of free weights and weight machines. typically its a fairly quiet gym and you never really have to wait to use any equipment. the only downside is that the gym is only open during out of school hours.
