Went in yesterday, spoke to a very nice guy, explained what i had wrong with me, he examined my complaint, checked my details on the system and boom I had a course of tablets to take. Very nice people very clean. Most Importantly for me quick and efficient. 5 stars all the way.

Been using this chemist for about 5 years and it's honestly great. Staff are very friendly and pleasant, some may disagree but some just expect instant service even when they are busy. It's honestly good though and I have never had any problems once ever with them.

Old pharmacist was great, but new one is awful Asked for nausea medication and was told it was prescription only, and only for use in context of migraines. Told me I wasn't to get it and openly mocked the way I was pronouncing the medications name. Went elsewhere and told it's an over the counter medication and not just for migraines. Have repeatedly seen her be rude and condescending to people asking for prescriptions, and her treatment of her staff and patients is shocking.

Was asking for drops for pink eye relief. Which like lady I'd imagine fitting behind cauldron well told me to rinse it with tap water. Thanks no thanks.

Absolutely disgusted! Used this pharmacy for years till this new woman Alison Williamson has moved in!! I have a high risk pregnancy and went through ivf! Purchased aspirin and paracetamol for the whole journey as only £1 after 1st initial prescription! Tonight was told no to both and I shouldn’t be taking paracetamol as I am pregnant!! It’s the only thing you’re bloody allowed! Anyways now I don’t have aspirin for tonight and stressed out my tree cause of her and her stinking attitude.. will never be back in and formal complaint raised!! She is a horrid little creature of a woman!! So rude!!

Counter staff extremely rude. Grabbed prescription from me and was in a rage as it was near closing. Asked what prescription I was in for in front of another customer. Said there was another "waiter in" - annoyed that I was waiting for prescription to be made up. Then actually admit she wanted to get cleared up! Pharmacist at the back made no attempt to intervene until I pointed out disgraceful service. Won't be back even if close to GP practice.

Went in to get some advice about my swollen tonsils the old lady pharmacist didn't bother to even look at it, the previous male pharmacist was more professional and friendly when I was there before with my son and gave 2 stars because of him.

Worst ever pharmacy I've been to. was in to ask for an eye drop for my son's hay fever they gave me a liquid medicine instead and the lady behind came out to the counter to expel my kids never saw a person's attitude towards kids could be that nasty. When I went back again in half an hour asking for an eye drop again the girl said I never asked for an eyedrop?? then she came out the shop after 10mins with my prescription in her hand which she never gave me at that time even she already saw me waiting just standing there chatting with people she went back to the shop for another 10mins chatting and laughing with her colleague they both looked at me laughing then came out again with the same prescription bag and gave it to me. I don't usually judge people but those people are terrible and nasty racist there used to be a very nice lady there but not anymore until the girl came. Hope this place can be taken over by a better management team.
