   Never had a problem. Been coming here for 10+ years. Prescriptions are picked up from my local GP and are processed and available for collection the same day if ordered before 12pm. The automated collection is extremely convenient too!

   Avoid this pharmacy. Unhelpful lazy staff. Went in to get something for catarrh and was pushed to get a PCR when this was not the problem - staff were rude and didn’t listen when I explained. Was not offered any products or other advice. Loads of other extremely helpful pharmacies nearby - went to another straight after that gave 2 options of product remedies.

   this pharmacy has on multiple occasions been literal lifesavers for the last 3 years - from genuine concern when my drs wasnt doing what they should which led to me changing GPs and getting the care i desperately needed, to delivering everything my chronically ill self needs whilst i remain in shielding as im immunocompromised. when i had a bad day and i had to pick up medication pre pandemic i knew it would cheer me up to go to the pharmacy of all places, says a lot about the people working here. i have never had a bad experience here, theyre highly skilled and provide an efficiency i rarely see, in spite of continuous heavy workloads. someone ripping the buzzer off our building and incompetent factors have left me more vulnerable and they sent it out the same day after a phone call as i missed a delivery attempt. they care to the point where i get teary! cant recommend them enough, and i say that as a person that needs medication every day.

   I use the pharmacy allot and they are very helpful and friendly and give great advice. Picking up my regular prescriptions is easy as they pick them straight up from my doctors for me. Also open late which is great if you work during the week. Definitely recommend.
