   Writing this review after 3 years of experience with this pharmacy.The pharmacist is a very good professional person he listens and helps whenever possible. But whenever we visited the pharmacy in his absence we were treated with disrespect and rudeness, as if we were not humans. If you cannot provide the medicine, at least don’t laugh at us or make fun of us. Please speak professionally. One staff member placed the medicine order, and then another staff member came and rudely cancelled it with worst behaviour and told us to go back to the doctor. We have never been able to get even a basic fever medicine in the pharmacist’s absence. Visited today: 19/11/2025 at 14:45 pm.

   Great pharmacy. Staff are amazing and extremely helpful. They always deal with my repeat prescriptions with no issues. Medications all well stocked. I like that they also sell cosmetics and toiletries etc.

   The Practice Ear Clinic came very highly recommended by another reputable pharmacy. Very impressed. Pharmacist Tony was very frank and direct and gave me impartial advice, including where I could have treatment free of charge. I decided to have it done at Houlihan. Tony did a conscientious job, explaining everything. All the staff were very friendly and helpful and I really felt that all were committed to the care and wellbeing of customers. Can't recommend them too highly!

   I changed to Houlihan pharmacy after another nearby pharmacy constantly messed up my pain medication. The staff are helpful and friendly. They have an app from which you can order your prescription medication and have them delivered. I haven't had a single problem since changing to this pharmacy.

   Popped in to this pharmacy when I was in the area very helpful and informative staff I had a problem with getting an item on my prescription and the dispenser phoned around all their suppliers and managed to get this for me although this took half an hour she did not complain. The staff were all helpful and friendly just wish this pharmacy was closer to where I live. Thank you once again.
