   Absolutely totally incompetent!! I don't know how many times I've ran out of medication due to their lack of sending me a text to pick up my medicine.To add insult to injury (no pun intended) they say "oh we sent you a text" Total lies!! I've now changed my pharmacy to a more reliable one. Avoid!!

   As someone on long term medication, over the years I have used the services of different pharmacies and Pollokshields Pharmacy is definitely the best, most reliable and prompt in supplying my medication. The staff are friendly and helpful and I have confidence in them. They are always willing to go the extra mile. When I was in urgent need of my prescription, a member of staff even ran up the road in the pouring rain to deliver it as the delivery driver had finished for the day. They also ensure that I always have a particular brand of a drug since it is the only one that agrees with me. My 'Flu vaccination was a quick and efficient process. The shop is clean and bright and since the beginning of Covid-19, it has felt a very safe space. It is a pity really, that pharmacists and other community-based health professionals seem to have missed out on the accolades given to other NHS staff, yet they worked quietly on through the pandemic. We appreciate them all, so thank you Adill and staff.
