   Ordered antibiotics for a minor issue first thing in the morning. Late afternoon they reject my request without a reason (I understand this is their right but I would not recommend them!) I then went to a different place answered the same questions with the same honest responses, great communication from that pharmacist and approved within an hour. Unfortunately it probably won't arrive until next week thanks to being messed around first by this company.

   The phone line never works, they don't reply to emails. I got a faulty sensor which never worked, I cannot get in touch with them to discuss a replacement or refund. Never using them again. Avoid at all costs.

   Bought a weight loss injection kit and the pen does not work rendering the £75 paid all wasted. They sent me a video on how to work the pen also that is ‘under maintenance’. Have asked why and how I can complain but as of yet have received no reply.

   Didn’t bother to send me medication. Didn’t bother to check me with follow up questions just declined and didn’t say why. “Contact GP”. The whole reason I tried to use you was to avoid that as we all know how hard it is to be seen. Thankfully I ordered elsewhere and they had a bit more sense and issued the prescription with the same information. Useless.

   seriously avoid. Worst customer service i have ever experienced, they also do not answer the phone, you are waiting 40 minutes at a time for a simple answer and they do not answer emails either. Total joke.

   *Very poor customer service*, poor email response and ask you to pay extra for items essential to the medications application is very sneaky. Overall disappointed and will not use again !! As you can see by their response below they are very rude, an official complaint will be made to NHS England.
