Attended the pharmacy at 14:57 on a Sunday. The closing time listed online and on the shop door is 15:00. I understand I was close to closing time, but the door was locked and when I eventually caught the attention of the young lady working inside, she gestured that she was already closed for the day and shook her head. I am very disappointed. Advertised opening and closing times ought to be honoured - denying someone their needed medicine because you want to cash up your till early is disgraceful.

Used to really like Lloyds used this chemist for 6 or 7 year staff used to be lovely and took time to get to know customers , even when I was given the wrong medication that I took for three days n ended up in bed ill for a week I excepted weβre all human and make mistakes but over the past year the service has went to the wall , always different staff that arenβt very nice and the waiting time is absolutely horrendous . Can we not just get regular staff that ate least smile and know what their doing please

Just quite literally awful experience, I ordered online for some over counter medication and let's just saw 2 trips later wait time of over 1 hour in a pharmacy full of complaining customers and considerable.embarrassment I still don't have my order, it's literally on the counter behind you, put it in a bag and give me it please

In agony with a dry socket after a tooth extraction and dental hospital phoned to say they had emailed a prescription to Lloyd's and it should be ready in around half an hour so left it 45 mins just to be sure it would be ready and it's closed at 3pm.I now have to wait till tomorrow afternoon when I finish work so a day wasted to hopefully being free of pain. Used to close at 9pm now it's 3pm.So disapointed

Since they change the staff its not nice anymore to go over there. Staff never smile, rude and very slow. Couple of times they told me to come back the day after because they're too busy to make my prescription All the time I go to Mackie's pharmacy the waiting time is 10 minutes max. So from now on I will use Mackie's pharmacy and avoid Lloyd's pharmacy in Cardonald. Teach the young staff to be more nice with the customers.

Have used them for years and had good service. However, I am now classed as at risk and have to stay home so phoned to ask for my prescription to be delivered as I canβt go out..... Was told that they are not taking on any new deliveries and existing ones are being contacted and asked to come in and collect as delivering is putting their drivers at risk!! So... What they are saying is that I in a high risk category and at real danger of catching this am to put myself at further risk rather than have their driver go out and do what heβs paid to do...... He is probably fit and healthy, not in a high risk category and can stay well clear if anyone he is delivering to but thatβs not good enough...... Itβs just as well the folk in the NHS donβt adopt the same attitude otherwise there would be no one to staff the hospitals......... Think I will be getting my prescriptions elsewhere going forward..........

A lot of new staff in training which is good to see after having a shortage for a while. Not always the quickest service but Iβm okay with that as I would rather the time was taken to ensure my prescription is correct and safe. Excellent service with flu jabs this year. I will definitely return.
