   Disorganised, chaotic and lazy staff. Will make you wait and serve other customers, and take forever for your meds. Send your prescription elsewhere if it's an emergency

   The staff here were really friendly, but they're always extremely unorganised. They've lost my prescription multiple times. Then they always have trouble finding my medication. I call ahead multiple times and still they forget to order things in or get me to come back for half a few days later. I usually call ahead of walking there to make sure everything is in order, I still find myself waiting 20-30 minutes each time even though I've confirmed my prescription has arrived and so has my medication. I let then know I'll be there soon. But still they spend ages looking for it when I arrive. And they close early or open late whenever they feel like it. Just very unreliable overall. It's a shame, because the staff are so nice.

   Went to pick up a repeat prescription today. Did not recognise any staff member. The only word to be used was chaos - deliveries looked abandoned in back shop, pharmacist's counter sky high with baskets, staff on mobiles trying to arrange med deliveries for on-site customers. Needless to say it's a return visit tomorrow for the meds that were apparently being ordered as I left. When meds are there (as a repeat prescription they had 56 days to order them) it's a smooth service and beyond bad when it's not! You take your chances with this lot.

   Very very rude staff. I mean seriously, there is no reason to be disgustingly unmannerly. We are reporting you to your head office.

   Terrible experience with the upstart pup pharmasist who thinks he's better than everyone he deals with. Me spacifically. Gives out wrong medication then bars you because you blame him for the mistake. What to do??? Any suggestions??

   They always have good deals on for there perfumes as l have purchased a few nice ones, they are quite reasonable for there toiletries and they are very pleasant & helpful to all there customers.
