   Usually come here and they are extremely helpful never had any issues with usual staff, went in today and asked about an intimate issue since been told to go there from the doctors to seek advice. When asked I asked she very clearly started laughing to her colleagues in the back about my issue considering this is extremely common and definitely nothing to be ashamed of. When initially asked about this the lady behind the counter seemed passive about my issue and pulled a face when I asked. Seems like a new staff member as I have never spoken to her in there as of previous.

   Been in here a few times and it's not that I think the staff are unpleasant or unprofessional, but perhaps when you've been in a job for year's and years, it then just becomes that, a job! It no longer is about people and serving the community. It's a shame when this happens as they are in a " caring profession" and often in a position of power of those who come in to their shop. All I'm suggesting is the staff smile more and communicate with their customers. It's a small chemist, so should be the heart of the town. I use a different pharmacy and they are top-notch, very much person orientated and genuinely care about their customers. Thank God in humanity and it reassures you that there are still some really nice staff out there who uphold their caring title.

   An absolutely disgraceful pharmacy! Pharmacy assistants are completely disrespectful, the girl who works there with the blonde hair had my 67 year old disabled Mother in tears after she called up to ask if her prescription was ready! As well as giving me a public lecture the day before on contacting them to stop her prescriptions when she goes into hospital! Horrible horrible place! I'll never be back!
