   Customer service is utterly shambolic! On numerous occasions I have been advised they have not received my prescription from my GP surgery. Today was no different- no prescription received!!! However I was told to call the surgery for the product code as they were too busy to do it. Called GP to be advised it has to be the pharmacy who call for that. Where do we go from here?!! The member of staff huffed saying “oh my god!!!!” About me while getting the manager which was clearly heard by myself. The manager then didn’t let me talk and was rude and patronising. I will NEVER use this boots again and will ensure I let others know the service in there!!!! Always waiting ages- long queues- missing prescriptions and rude staff!!!!!! This is not what Lenzie residents want or need!!! Something has to change here!!!

   After months of poor service and unhelpful staff, I had to air my views today. Staff rude and patronising to my husband this morning and same with me when I went back to collect an important prescription which my husband was told hadn’t arrived when the surgery confirmed that it had. On entering the chemist the assistant who was labelling the shelves didn’t look in my direction and kept going about her business. I discussed my dissatisfaction regarding the prescription when the store manager( keen to advise of her position) intervened and challenged my views…. which were that the service was appalling. As someone keen to support local shops/businesses I was disheartened with the situation. Will not be using this chemist again.

   Very friendly and helpful staff. Have had reason to visit for advice on toddler issues a few times recently and pharmacist was always extremely helpful. Great to have this service on our door step without having to travel too far.

   Friendly and helpful but understaffed and unprepared. There are regularly long queues and it takes ages to get prescriptions ready. I have gone in to collect pre-ordered prescriptions and then had to wait for them to be prepared, adding to the queues where it could be avoided. Sometimes you only need to pick up something very quickly but there is no free member of staff to ask people in the queue. I don't think Boots have come up with an efficient model to deal with their size and present circumstances. Despite the queues and prescriptions not being ready, they also close for 1hr during peak times. I live minutes away but regular travel further away pharmacies to save myself a lot of time. I recently queued for 20 minutes to be told they don't have a basic product I was advised by the Doctor that they would. In addition to that they did not have the prescription in stock, again a regular item.
