   Absolutely appalling customer service today from a girl on the prescription counter this afternoon. The way she spoke to me was a disgrace. Such a shame to give a one star rating as there are other lovely staff in this store but I will not be back.

   Tuesday, 4th of June, morning. It's been a while since I encountered such a rude, obnoxious, unhelpful, full of judgement person behind the counter.. Feeling incredibly sad through the experience. For male pharmacist in their late 20s, possibly early 30s this guy has a lot to learn on how to deal with customers who attend a chemist, clearly looking for desperate help. Very disappointing Boots. Do better with staff training.

   Chaotic prescription managing - on one occasion I was told the medicine would be ready the next day, but when I went to pick it up they had forgotten to order it in. On a second occasion, they ordered a really hard to find steroid to improve my son’s terrible croup. I was told it would be ready to collect the next day, but surprise surprise they ordered the wrong thing! This has added an extra 48 hours of unnecessary pain, crying and lack of sleep to our household. The lack of attention to what is being ordered is shocking - it’s a total lack of realisation that people need their medicine to feel better. I wouldn’t ever use this pharmacy again, even if it means driving to an out of town one.

   Great choice of male and female scents to choose from, you will always find a great deal or offer in the window, staff are very friendly, polite and helpful, highly recommend for your basic daily healthcare products, and you can always find a good bargain too 5⭐

   Visited boots for some hair colouring. They always have the best selection of products and colours. I wouldn't shop elsewhere for my hair dye.
