   My 10 year old has dyspraxia and Adhd which means he's always struggled with anything sporty, even keeping up with his friends in the playground. The Martial X instructors have had him focused on what he can do, rather than what he can't from day one. As a result his confidence is growing and his new found core strength is already making a visible difference to his day to day activities, both physical and even sitting to do school work. It's an excellent club with dedicated instructors who work really hard to get the best from every student.

   My son has been attending Martial X for 3 years and absolutely loves it. His fitness, strength and ability have grown so much. The classes are engaging, fun and you can see the progress. The instructors are brilliant, encouraging, professional and great at what they do. My other son has also now joined and is loving it just as much as his brother. With gradings throughout the year it gives the children something to aim for and receiving a new belt as they move up is a real achievement. Couldn’t recommend this club more highly, it’s like one big family.
