The classes I do are yoga pilates aqua aerobics and stretch and mobilise. The instructors are knowledgeable, helpful and also fun. Exercising and fun, can't beat it. The club is very sociable and friendly.

Great equipment, the classes are simple to join and the trainers are outstanding. Even the receptionists Oliver and Holly were welcoming and friendly. Nothing to not love about the gym :)

Kaye Howick (Swim Manager) has taught both my children at weekly swimming lessons for over a year. Her calm, proffesional, friendly nature has been really appreciated and both children love her lessons. I would recommend these lessons to any parent.

This is by far my favourite Nuffield Center! The gym equipment and spa/pool services are always immaculate and in top working order. All the staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Liz on the reception team, she always goes above and beyond to make sure my visit is perfect.

Kaye Howick (Swim manager) has taught my daughter for a beginners crash course over the summer and now weekly swim lessons through the swim school. Her calm and reassuring nature has given my daughter the confidence to progress well and quickly. My daughter thoroughly enjoys her swimming lessons and can’t wait to attend every week. I cannot recommend Kaye enough. She has been great and is a real asset to the team.

First I will say this; Nuffield Gym has changed my life, the personal trainers they have are absolutely incredible. I started in March last year at 103kg and as of today I am 82kg and have just got 5 more kg to go. Unfortunately this gym is dirty, run down, has a leaky roof which constantly causes damage to the inside of the gym. As a result the weights floor developed a sink hole which has been patched over and still not repaired, the cleaning staff were using stale dirty water to wash the floor with which smelt like sewage, the showers are filthy and do not work properly, some of the staff are clearly unmotivated and sometimes rude. Whoever is in charge of this gym, they need to shut it down immediately, and refurbish it, or at least spend a month actually fixing the issues and listen to their members, stop blaming other people or staff and sort the problems. In addition to this, the sauna has worked maybe once or twice since I joined, the jacuzzi is filthy and is currently out of service, there is considerable issues with the hot water system it keep breaking down but the steam room was ok though. I have had enough of coming back dirtier from having a shower there, I do not go to west Byfleet anymore but go to Guildford which is fantastic, clean, well equipped and the staff are much more friendly. To add insult to injury, the personal trainer that I have been using has even joined a different gym, not mentioning any names but that is a big red flag. £70 per month is a lot of money and they really need to get it together and sort it out

Very poor. Towels were removed at the start of covid and are yet to return. The changing rooms are filthy. The sauna door is broken and has been for months meaning it doesn't hold temperature. Showers vary from filthy to broken. The pool is unusable on a Sunday morning as it has been sublet to a baby group. Remind me what I'm paying for again?

I love this club. I go to fitness and pilates classes, and swim there. My child also really enjoys the pool. It never feels too overcrowded. There's a very relaxed feel to the club. The classes offered are good overall. Staff very friendly too. Situated in a leafy, quiet area of West Byfleet.

Wide range of classes which run during the day and evening. See below for what peak times are like... Squash courts/freeweights/cardio/cafe/swimming pool The membership costs are quite high but you get plenty of services to justify the cost. Between 6pm and 8pm during the week the gym can become very busy with limited parking. Especially if there are classes running at the same time. Weekends you have children swimming lessons so best to avoid if you can. If you must come on a weekend come later in the day after 2pm if possible

Upon arriving at the gym you need may find a lack of parking off putting but I was pleasantly surprised to see they off parent and child parking showing that the facility is family friendly. The quality of the reception is much better than my home club Leatherhead and the receptionists are friendly and welcoming. The gym itself has some of the best equipment I've seen in a Nuffield. It's Technogym touch screen running machines allow you to run in various simulated environments which was impressive. The layout of the space takes a little getting used to and that mainly due to it being formly squash courts. So one part is cardio another the restistance machines and the corridor is a stretching area. It's nice that the spin studio doesn't encroach on the gym itself being upstairs and so you can get into your own zone with disruption. The pool is alright, I have to admit on multiple occasions I've seen fluff floating which is a bit off putting and so I think the filters could be improved. The jacuzzi is acceptable, it's not got an power to it unlike Guildford's Spa facility but at least it has one unlike Leatherhead. The Steam room is brutally hot just as you want. The Saunas are in the changing rooms and the male one is about the footprint of a queen sized bed. When you get in you may be disappointed due to the draft lower down but it packs the driest heat of any of the local Nuffields which is exactly what you want from a sauna. That's mainly because it doesn't have the moisture of the pool area. The cafe is a proper cafe, offering food and coffees. i make the point because this isn't true of all of Nuffields. I haven't tried but that fact it offers it is good enough for me. Other than that the USP for this place is it's squash courts which I haven't tried but is worth mentioning. All in all this place is great, if it had slightly better parking and a cleaner pool I'd give it 5 stars,
