Can't understand bad reviews . I have never in over 40 yrs had a problem with any staff . I recently had a consultation with the pharmacist and he was great ,not sure about given me antibiotics with my current medication but examined me and contacted my doctor who okayed it . If anything my problem has been with the doctors surgery not sending over prescriptions when it's practically next door .

My husband and I attended Fentons for the first time today to be innoculated for a future trip abroad. We were very impressed with the Danny, the Pharmacist who provided this service. He was very informative about what vaccines would meet our needs. This was then carried out in a professional, efficient manner . This pharmacy is very bright and clean and other members of staff we spoke to were helpful and friendly

Massive queues . Items never available. The staff run around like headless chickens. The locals put up with it due to lack of alternatives, but this place is an unmitigated disaster. If you value your time, money,.or sanity, avoid this place like the plague. Incidentally, if you're suffering from the plague, don't expect this utterly useless lot to have your medication in stock. An utter, utter disgrace.

I was there today prior to lunch time, waiting in the queue, the man in front handed over his prescription and was told it would be ready before we close for lunch, I was then served by a different member of staff (long black hair) so I handed her a prescription and was told to collect it after lunch, I then informed her that the man in front was told before lunch, she then pointed her finger at me and told me we didn't accept this behaviour, I tried again to explain, she asked the lady pharmacist can this be done before lunch and was informed yes. There was absolutely no reason to point her finger at me and say that, I did not raise my voice at all, I don't think this is very good customer service.

Been phoning all day regarding my prescription line is constantly busy, obviously they've taken it of the hook once again. Absolute shambles of a chemist, has to be the worst in ek.

Our family have been customers for over 20 years, and whilst Felicity owned it, it was amazing. Lovely friendly place. Sadly downhill with new owners. One particular female member of staff is extremely rude and patronising, and it's never an isolated incident. She was very rude to my autistic daughter on several occasions (one witnessed by myself) When we complained, the current owner decided that the customer is definitely not always right. Sent my daughters prescription back to the GP. Weirdly we never have any issues in any other pharmacy. Moral of the story is, they don't deal well with anyone with Additional Support needs, also don't seem to know what's going on with prescriptions, and heard them talking about patients in a loud voice in front of customers. Now gone to the Pharmacy in the Murray who are lovely and helpful. Pity, I preferred to support local businesses, but no longer prepared to put up with people being spoken to in the manner that they are. Notice other reviews state issues with the same lady. Owners note, we can't all be wrong

I hope the new owners are successful in managing this business. The service is appalling. The phone is constantly engaged or rings out. Prescriptions can't be found. More importantly staff don't communicate. My worst ever experience was last Saturday when my Husband returned after 45mins with my prescription and said 'you have to phone them' . They gave him a slip saying my prescription was short along with details. I phoned and the person I spoke with was extremely rude and categorically said I was not due anything. I gave the number on the slip, she ignored me, how rude! My Husband and I went to the chemist and he recognised the lady he spoke about my prescription. We spoke and low and behold she brought me my made up prescription. I was absolutely shocked by this shambles and service. Staff need to ensure accurate communication with each other instead of giving false information. Mrs Campbell
