Great staff, extremely helpful. Unfortunately, not able to set-up repeat prescriptions meant had to leave to go elsewhere. Wasn't very efficient to keep phoning up surgery for repeat prescriptions. Lead to forgetting and running out of medication. If this could be rectified would definitely return.

I phoned and asked if this pharmacy had my medication as I had tried 8 different pharmacies previously, with no luck. This pharmacy did indeed have the medication however the pharmacist refused as "he did not want to split the box" as my prescription was for 14 tablets and he had a box of 28. This is not putting the patient first and highly unethical. He said he would dispense it if my doctor changed the prescription to 28 tablets. This medication is to wean off and come down from a higher dose. My doctor did not want me to be on 28 tablets. If I knew the name of the man I spoke to I would take this further to the GPhC. I felt absolutely awful. His manner on the phone was rude and dismissive.
Frasers pharmacy in Newton Mearns are just brilliant. Went that extra mile to order something I needed urgently. Super service.
