Horrific levels of service, still awaiting a response to a complaint sent over 8 weeks ago. They don’t answer the phone or return voicemails. Incorrect medication dispensed, px items not handed over when collecting results in further trips to collect. They will only cause disruption to your treatment.
OAP mum on delivered weekly medication. They managed 2 weeks before delivery stopped. Mum with no pain relief for chronic condition. My advice, choose a professional pharmacy.
I went in to get a prescription as my usual pharmacy didn’t have what I needed. I was waiting for nearly 30 minutes while the staff were standing around laughing and doing nothing. I couldn’t get out of there fast enough.

Went round at 1230 today with a prescription, staff member looks around a picks up a small box. I asked if that was my medication and was told "yes, do you want to wait or cone back?" As my elderly mother was in my car I opted to come back. Upon returning at 1544 I was told by the same staff member that they didn't have my medication. "But you said earlier that WAS my medication." "Well it wasn't and we don't have it." "So you made a mistake earlier when you said the box you picked up was mine? Normally people apologise when they make a mistake." "None of our branches have it, I suggest you get your GP to prescribed an alternative." Dreadful service and attitude.
After usually going to Well Pharmacy in Broomlands Street, what a pleasure it is to be met with such lovely, pleasant individuals.
It seems like I have issues with every single prescription I order. I ordered a repeat prescription a week ago still waiting and the phone has been engaged for over an hour or is this to stop irate people phoning I’ve now moved from today so once I get this repeat I’m not going back
