Put in for a prescription on Monday morning and this is Saturday still waiting for my wife’s warfarin tablets absolutely ridiculous and trying to call them it just rings out straight to voicemail

Absolutely shambolic place ,waiting ages for prescriptions when it's been there for a week ,long queues, most staff have been good but one or two clearly haven't got a clue and look at you blankly when asked anything my main complaint though is with the gluten free service they offer ,I've been putting my orders in to this chemist for around a year now and only once have they managed to get it right, I've had missed orders ,mixup, other people's orders ,wrong orders ,excuses you name it ,latest one is they're now blaming the suppliers for not having my order there ,I personally contacted the supplier who emailed me and said there is no supply issue and they hadn't received an order from them at all so this is blatant lies from a staff member who said there was a supply issue and that's why I have no products ,I now have to go and buy bread etc which is very expensive as they've buggered uo again ,well no more ,I've changed chemist's and had enough

Staff are nice and helpful but the actual store needs to be bigger. The line is out of the door most of the time because there is barely any room.

Very busy at times and waiting area is small, hence 4 stars. Staff are brilliant. Helpful and accommodating. The robot prescription dispenser outside is a game changer. Sign up, get a code and collect in your own time. 24/7.

Never usually have a problem with this place but there's an older woman that frequently works the front desk and if you need anything from here you better pray she isn't working. I've seen queues out the door and it seems this only happens when she's on meanwhile the staff can be heard laughing and joking away in the back leaving her on her own doing a job she's clearly not suited to. Very poorly managed

I can't thank and praise highly enough the staff who go out there way every time I go into the chemist and an extra thank you to Laura who has went that extra mile to help when i had issues with sorting out the odd problem with my prescriptions

Much credit to Abbey Chemist's Lonend for their highly efficient 'robot' system for uplifting medication from their premises. Upon submitting a request for repeat prescriptions to being given a number to pick up at the machine is all now a very slick operation. 10 out of 10!

Failed to deliver dosette box to vulnerable patient with dementia yesterday leaving patient no medication that evening. I will now need to visit the Lonend branch to find out what is going on. Visited and got box made up there and then was however bare faced lied to by pharmacist as to why prescription wasn’t ready, blaming medical practice. Phoned medical practice who could see script had been done on 29th and collected by pharmacy.

Second time using the 24/7 prescription collection. Absolutely outstanding. Best thing ever. Well Done to Abbey Chemist for bringing such a convenient way for us to get prescriptions. It’s just so accessible and so straightforward. Enter a code and your medication drops down. Genius
